I started this blog as a creative outlet and a way to share my thoughts about the things that excite me. Half-journal, half-dedicated to sharing useful and interesting content, A Number’s Journey is intended to cater to the type of curious minds that will take a profound interest in a topic one day, then find a completely different one the next day.
I’ve been contemplating the idea for A Number’s Journey for several years now, and been sitting on the domain name for far too long. The name is a play on the concept of data storytelling, reinforcing the idea that numbers tell a story (the journey).
While the topics on this blog may vary immensely from one day to another, data is a common thread between the various topics, as is the idea of consistent improvement on how things are. Again, the journey behind the numbers.
The concept blends my two fields of study, having a diploma in Journalism and a M. Sc. in Business Intelligence.
